Have you been told that you should control your anger, frustration or any particular behavior? Then please NEVER EVER do that. Yes, correct I am telling you exactly opposite of what you might have learned so far. Controlling is one mode of social conditioning and it’s never going to work. If you are repeating some particular unpleasant behaviour, there is some cause behind and bottling up emotions can lead you to feel even stronger emotions. So how can we get rid of this trait? Firstly let yourself feel whatever it is. Be aware of it. Then you have to find the actual root cause that your behaviour is trying to tell you and THEN you need to take appropriate action for the root cause. By taking immediate action on outside effects,  you see an instantaneous change — a fake impression for time being that you have overcome of your obstacles. We have two choices in our life, either we can treat our self as a victim and always dwell there or take a responsibility for our lives and allow us to heal. And trust me when you allow to heal yourself, you become more happy and strong person. People say that a broken heart cannot be healed but this is not true. We need to see the root cause of that breakup. First of all, Our heart has been broken because we need to learn something which we are not able to learn. Listening Power During any conversation, either its business meeting or personal mostly people, constantly think of how to respond to the speaker rather than pay attention to their wording. Which is by they lose golden opportunity to understand another perspective and this is where the trouble starts. Sometimes, in the middle of the conversation, a person with pre-mind set jump out to the conclusion which stops the conversation al so create your negative image another mind. Change your emotions by changing your physiology! You might be aware that your mood affects your physical state, but you might not aware that it works opposite as well.  Your feelings are dictated by your movement. How you use your body affects how you feel mentally and emotionally. For example - If you stand up straight, you’ll feel more proud and alert. If you slump over and neglect your body, you’re more likely to feel negative. Similar to this when you are angry, might be you are clenching your fist. Pay attention to it. The next time you feel yourself in a bad mood, stand up and br eathe deeply. Change is certain!   We  all are familiar that learning new things always bring some discomfort or failure. You make mistakes because you are unknown and it takes some time to embrace change. Between that time things ups and down just like a roller coaster. When you encounter defeats one after one. It seems there is no way to escape and you are stuck in a room with no window. This is the time when most people give up on their dream. Before you surrender, there are some questions you should ask yourself. What is my purpose or vision? What can I learn from this situation?   Let me put in this way,   are you alone who are having trouble? No! Every person has own share of struggles.
